Meeting on 15th July will now start at 6pm
In order that members of the public are able to attend the meeting on Wednesday 15th of July and get back home in time to see the start of the England v Argentina game, the meeting has been brought forward by one hour and will start at 6pm instead of the notified time of 7pm as posted on the Agenda

The aim is to facilitate public attendance and participation at the meeting.
Any members of the public who arrive at 7pm will be given the opportunity to take part in public participation.
